Forus Training, is bound by the standards and rules of Quality Qualifications Ireland (QQI). One such set of rules is the 2012 Education & Training act. This act is designed to protect you, the learner. Specifically, the act seeks to ensure that:
You have the opportunity to complete a programme leading to an award, or
You are refunded the moneys most recently paid if a programme ends before you complete it, and
You are provided with adequate and accurate information about your programme and the protection measures in place in the event that the programme ceases prior to their completion.
