How many sessions do I need to complete to pass the course?

We require a minimum of 80% attendance to achieve qualification. For example, if your course is eight sessions long you need to attend a minimum of six to succeed. If you miss sessions, you can miss valuable information.

Yes, you can repeat sessions as many times as you need to.

I am an employer buying this course for all my employees, will I receive a separate login for each of them?

Each employee will be given their own individual learner account on our system. This is required for certification and administration purposes.

You can start your course as soon as you receive your online learning details. These will be sent to you as soon as your payment has been processed in full.
